This private home in northwest Tucson is a tastefully decorated home, fully equipped with everything to make your visit pleasant and comfortable. It is located in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood and perfect for vacationing adults. Included are two heated pools, two spas, tennis courts and 4 miles of walking paths. Located close to shopping, golf courses with convenient access to Interstate 10. This home is approximately 25 minutes from Tucson International Airport. All utilities are furnished, (See Rental Rates) including cable TV and garbage pickup.

POLICIES - This residence is a NON-SMOKING home and is not appropriate for children. Sorry, we DO NOT allow pets.

DEPOSITS - A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. We require a security deposit of $500.00 upon arrival. This security deposit is refundable 10 days after departure.

RENTAL REFUNDS - Cancellations outside of 31 days will receive a full refund minus a $200.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days will not receive a refund.
